We are a well-entrenched role player in South Africa as a Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Recruitment Solutions service with more than 30 years experience in the Labour field working under Prudent.
We have an undisputed reputation at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) and the respective Bargaining Councils for our professional and effective representation. We have the ability to expedite the finalization of alleged unfair dismissals and unfair Labour Practices.

Johan van Loggerenberg
FOUNDER OF PRUDENT
Johan holds Honors BA (Industrial Relations) from Potchefstroom University as well as a LLM (Labour Law) degree from the University of Port Elizabeth. He is a well established labour Law Practitioner with extensive experience in all forms of dispute resolution.
Previously appointed on the panel as a Part Time(Arbitrator/Conciliator) on the Tokiso Dispute Resolution centre, accredited by the CCMA, where he served concurrently for five years.
During this period he arbitrated cases involving inter alia parties such as: SARS, JD Group, NHBRC and METRORAIL.
Representing, inter alia, CJ Rance (Pty) Ltd, Amathole Forestry Company (Pty) Ltd, Red Crest Farms t/a ANCA Foods, Boardman Bros (Pty) Ltd, Nicro (Pty) Ltd in Gauteng, CDR Sisonke Electrical Projects, and The Specialists Eastern Cape and many other Employers. In 2003 he started, JOBLAW (Pty) Ltd later he disposed of his interest but driven by his passion for Labour Law he established Prudent Labour Practices CC in October 2008. He is also a member of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) and has been practicing Labour Law since 1988.
